What to expect>>>

As a Nutritional Therapist I address the health of the whole body as well as work to identify potential nutritional deficiencies, imbalances or allergens. I believe that each person is biologically different, and that through personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance, both chronic and acute symptoms can be managed or resolved. The human body is innately intelligent and when provided with proper nutrition and movement, has the ability to heal.
